However, on a rare occasion when there is a defect or when the fit, colour or quality of the product doesn’t flatter you the most, we would be happy to accept a return within 15 days from the date of delivery. Please initiate a return at our Returns Center within the first 5 days from the date of delivery.

Enclose the product(s), in original condition and packaging as part of the return package. Remember, we can’t refund or exchange products if their tags/labels or seals have been tampered with – so be extra careful. Also, don’t forget to retain a proof of the postage until we send you a confirmation of ‘self-courier’.
Yes you can, just select the product(s) you want to return from your order and initiate the return right away. You should know that we can’t accept returns of incomplete product combos (for example: Buy one get one free combos, free gifts, etc.).
You will have to self-courier the product that you want to return/exchange to the below mentioned address. We shall reimburse you an amount of Rs.100 per order. We recommend you send the product through a reliable local courier service with tracking facility. Also, retain the courier proof until you have received the refund.
Once you have initiated the return, we help you out through the return process. Once we receive the shipment back at our warehouse, the order will be checked for eligibility and refund will be made to your Teezo Wallet. The process might take 7-10 working days.
Though we would love to deliver you your purchase every time you order from us but sometimes due to product failing quality checks at our end we would be forced to cancel your order. There are also incidences where we feel that the order is not genuine and is put on hold until we have verified the buyer.
No. You can shop without a Teezo Account. We want the process to be very simple. Just fill in your information during checkout and you are good to go. A Teezo Account comes in handy for storing your Shipping Addresses, managing your Teezo Balance and view your order history at a single place.
You can create your account by clicking on the “Create account” link at the top left corner of the screen on your desktop or under the menu section in your mobile browser. We ask you a few questions to get started. On submitting the form, we send you a confirmation email to ensure no one creates an account on your behalf. Once you verify your Email ID, you are good to go.
If you are a registered user, log into your account to see your order history. To get more information on any one particular order, click on that Order ID. If you have not yet registered with us, we keep you updated via email. However, you can always register yourself with the Email ID used during your "Guest Purchase" and the orders will automatically show up in your Teezo account.
We know the excitement of buying new things. To ensure you are always informed, we update the order status every time your order moves to the next processing stage. Log in to your Teezo account, to see your payment and fulfillment status.
Once we dispatch your order, it will be marked as fulfilled. You can find the tracking link by clicking the Order ID in your Order History. We also send you an email and SMS with the tracking ID, so you do not have to keep checking your Teezo account for the latest updates.

You can always modify your order with respect to the size of the apparel. If it is in stock, we will process the same for you. However, in case it is out-of-stock, you will have to cancel the order. Yes. You can change your delivery address after you have placed your order. Reach out to us using any of the recommended communication channels and we will take care of the rest. However, once your order has been marked fulfilled i.e. we have dispatched your order, we will not be able to change the same for you.
You might see a slight difference in colour due to lighting conditions during photography. Also, the same image might look a bit different on distinct screens based on the difference in their colour settings.

Yes. Our price is exclusive of GST and is reflected during checkout and in the Tax invoice sent to your email account. To save on papers, we only sent a digital copy of the invoice to your Email address as soon as the order is placed.
In case amount is deducted from your end but the transaction failed, the deducted amount is with the payment gateway provider and will be refunded back to your account within 7 working days. We do recommend that you leave a message at any of our communication channels to bring this to our notice.
A large number of COD orders get cancelled for multiple reasons which adds a lot of cost as we have to pay for a two-way shipment. We recommend prepaid orders as they are likely to be delivered faster and in case of refund, full amount is refundable. Shipping charges incurred for COD orders are non-refundable.
